Signage Is A Very Powerful Marketing Tool For The Kuney-Todaro Team

Signage is a very important element in marketing real estate.  People read signs.  People remember signs.  There are some signs that make an impression upon people who are searching for a real estate agent.

Here is one of Lorraine’s latest signs with her slogan on a rider on the sign.  I love that rider because NO ONE ELSE CAN LEGITIMATELY USE IT. THERE’S ONLY ONE MOST FREQUENTLY HIRED!!! 

 

However, I have noticed one agent in our town now using “the  most frequently referred” and it’s questionable because I don’t know how that is tracked!!!  How does one know how many referrals any other agent receives? Hmmm….

As I have stated many times, I use online and offline marketing to complement each other.  My next marketing addition will be to have a photo taken with the new buyer of a property holding the sign; and a photo of every listing with the past homeowner whose house we listed holding their appropriate sign.

 

 

Those photos will be displayed in blog posts written after the closing of the home.  The photos of the clients holding their respective sign will go on a postcard announcing the closed transaction of that property for that agent. 

 

Just thought I’d share our next marketing addition….

Hi Barbara. Great sign. As long as the information is accurate and verifiable, this form of advertising likely conforms with the spirit of the Code of Ethics. I couldn't see it, but do you have a "*per 2012-2014 MLSPin listing records" legend at the bottom?

Martin Kalisker  no, but I always use a disclaimer at the bottom of all of my market reports....Lorraine does have the most closed transactions for single family homes in Franklin and has for several past years, consecutively....

Waters, Broker Owner Waters Realty of Brevard, LLC  I would fully expect them to do that....but most do not....it's a missed opportunity and it happens more often than not.... we mail postcards when we are acting as a buyer's agent and the postcard indicates that we acted as a buyer's agent on the sale....

Great additions. It does make a point. We have an agent in our town who shouts how many homes he has sold in the past 3 years. It works, he gets business (even though a large chunk are from his investors and his own flips). It works and people love knowing that stuff
