Staging in Vaughan and Toronto we work with agents that have a unique approach to listing homes.

During the listing presentation they outline how the work with sellers in preparing their homes for listing photos and showings. If the seller would like to have that particular agent list their home and recieve the level of service that targets the ideal buyer the seller must agree to participate in staging their home for sale.

The photography that is provided demands attention to detail and perfection in presentation. That is where our company comes in.

We create a room by room plan for the home owner so that they stay focused on the details so that we can be ready for our target list date.

Then the staging plan is put in place and we start our work to create the visually stunning home that luxury buyers are looking for.

Very nice and a terrific idea.  Pictures are the first step into viewing a home now that the internet is in most cases the first look inside a property.

Preparing your property for sale

HI Sandy and Norm, thank you for stopping in to see this  home today. We work to get the best ROI for our agents and the sellers.

 

HI Amanda, we work with agents in our seminars on how to work with your sellers to get them motivated to follow the staging suggestions. It can seem overwhelming for home owners unless they are given a room by room, personalized booklet to keep them focused on what they need to do to prepare to sell and then what we will do to attract the ideal buyer.

 

HI Chris and Dick, in our area we have many buyers that do not live in the surrounding area so listing photos are key to attracting them to one listing over another. This home sold in one day.

HI Sheila, you hit the nail on the head. We are clear and concise in our recommendations. We make them sound doable by outlining the process for each step.

From something as simple as how to make a closet look spacious. Only keep what you need for 60 days. Store the items not in season in your empty suitcases. Most people have empty suitcases so it is an easy process to follow. It is all in the details. Thanks for stopping in today!
