SureClose Helpful Hint for Today (Spellcheck)

This is not a mistake, it is possible to spell check in SureClose.  I know this has been a source of frustration for many users, but thanks to the ever-brilliant Brian Gomez, there is a solution!  Check out www.iespell.com - This is a free of charge spell check program that can be used in web based applications.

What I really like about it is that you can set it to recognize words that you use so that you don't have to waste time clicking ignore for words that other spell check programs don't recognize like: SureClose, efax or online.

As a manager, it is exciting to me that there is a spell check program that can be used in applications that don't have spell check built in.  I think this is a big plus for many people out there.  If you have any other questions about SureClose, please feel free to contact me.  I hope this helps!

I love the iespell checker. I use it for everything. I have been such an advocate for this, I wish I had written about it, lol. Glad you are calling it out for everyone. I use instead of any other spell checker, I then add my words as I like them and my dictionary is getting plenty full. I even add the words ( they are real words ) that we have to fill at the bottom. Love it, Love it Love it!

Jude, I hope you will find it helpful.

William, I just found out about this and had to write about it.  I have listened to so many people complain for so long when working in programs that don't have spell check built in.  I was thrilled to find this little program!

Sal, you sure can!  The template function is really unlimited.  Listing files are intended for seller properties prior to a ratified contract.  So, you'll just have seller, listing agent, list price information, etc.  Once the property sells, you can convert that listing file to a closing and add in buyer, selling agent, sales price, deposit, COE date, etc.

The really nice thing is that SureClose will maintain your listing file so that if the sale falls through you don't have to retract that buyer info.  you can just revert back to your listing file that is still in the same condition as it was the day the property sold.
