Now, I present a brief video driving tour of Cameron Station filmed on this beautiful Spring day. It's the next best thing to actually being there yourself.

DISCLAIMER: Don't try this at home. Videotaping while driving can be dangerous to yourself and others, and possibly result in a fatal automobile accident. Trust the driving to a trained professional REALTOR. (My next neighborhood tour may be a walking tour!)

Brian... In Connecticut we have laws that prohibit using a cell phone while driving or you are subject to a ticket.  Hope you had the strapped to your head so you don't get fined.

Brian...   Excellent idea for relocation buyers, I can't imagine trying to drive and film too...

I have a great video I shot while driving down the turn lane - until I almost hit a police car :( - now I make my kids drive while I shoot!

Brian, you always add a touch of unexpected humor!  Glad the pedestrians are OK!

DAN:  Virginia doesn't yet have that law, though D.C. does.  I used the Flip Video camera, not a cell phone.  However, I was driving quite slowly both for safety reasons and because I didn't want to subject viewers to a roller coaster type ride through the community.

DEBBIE:  Thanks for your comment.  I just held the little camera right above the steering wheel.  As I mentioned in the post, I think that next time I'll do a walking tour!

MICHELLE:  Glad that you didn't hit a police car.  Sounds much safer sitting in the passenger seat.

Brian... Figured you were using Flip Video and maybe since it isn't a cell phone the Connecticut laws would not apply.  My camera arrived a few days ago but I haven't really had a chance to play with it.

Brian - that looks like a dangerous job!!  But it does give you a good feel for the neighborhood.  What about the night time tour.  :)

DAN:  Perhaps not, though I still don't recommend driving and videotaping at the same time unless you have the camera on a tripod or someone else is holding it.  Even then, narrating while driving can get distracting.

NAOMA:  I thought that the video tour would give a good feel for the neighborhood.  I doubt I'll be doing a night time tour anytime soon.

Brian, you just gave me another use for my Flip Video.  I loved the tour and was impressed with your driving while filming skills.  I think I may only be capable of a walking tour, but WOW!

Brian~ what a great idea!! I really enjoyed your commentary as you were driving, I almost felt like I was in the passenger seat. BTW~ I don't think you made a single full stop at a stop sign, a real Realtor on the move, LOL

LISA:  Thanks for your comments.  I'm glad you enjoyed the ride.  Stop at a stop sign?  Do people do that?  I'm too busy trying to make it to the next home...
