Creative Way To Transform The Meaning Of Shoes By The Front Door In Feng Shui

In Feng Shui it is commonly known that by having an abundance of shoes by your front door, this is a metaphor for attracting events or even people into your life they may try to take advantage of you. While in Talkeetna, Alaska I came across a playful way in how you could remedy old pairs of shoes they you may not longer need if you were not going to donate them.

This shop owner had various old hiking boots and turned them into planters. Creative, fun, colorful and balances out the perceived energy of "being taken advantage of" to one that have become playful and inviting.

Really?  I did not know that.  Maybe I'll start looking for a cute concrete pair to put next to the door outside.  Thank you and have a great day.

Well I certainly don't want people coming to my door to take advantage of me!  I usually don't answer the door if I don't know the person on the other side.

That's a cute way to use up some leftover boots.  I could sure make good use of this technique!

Nice use for old boots, something I have plenty of, thanks for sharing a few memories from Talkeetna.
