Round Lake Market Trends for July 2015
Round Lake home sales for the month of July decreased in volume by 22.7% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 4.6% from $174,000 to $182,000. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 22.6%, while the median sale price rose by 2% from $199,000 to $203,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 23.1%, while the median sale price rose by 18.2% from $110,000 to $130,000.
