Romeoville home sales for the month of July rose in volume by 23.6% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 12.8% from $159,900 to $139,500. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 2.2%, while the median sale price decreased by 11.6% from $167,500 to $148,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 120%, while the median sale price decreased by 3.6% from $131,750 to $126,950.
