Shorewood Market Trends for July 2015
Shorewood home sales for the month of July rose in volume by 56.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 18.2% from $200,000 to $236,450. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 50%, while the median sale price rose by 16.1% from $220,500 to $256,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 80%, while the median sale price decreased by 2% from $153,000 to $150,000.
