Vernon Hills home sales for the month of July rose in volume by 36.8% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 20% from $262,500 to $315,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 92.3%, while the median sale price rose by 7.8% from $348,000 to $375,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 8%, while the median sale price decreased by 18.2% from $205,500 to $168,000.
