Why a Sacramento Real Estate Team Might Be Exactly What You Need

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

There are some people we work with as a Sacramento real estate team who do not even realize they are working with a real estate team because we just get the job done and don't make a big deal out of it. Lately, though, I have found myself explaining to sellers and home buyers why working with a real estate team is a good idea for them, and the benefits to having a team on your side.

What has happened is I might mention we are a team, and then the buyer will ask me to elaborate, which I am more than happy to do. It's a concept that might be foreign. But many sellers and buyers could already be working with a team and they might not even realize it. You can read more in my personal blog today about real estate teams at this link: Why Real Estate Teams are Hot for Sacramento Home Buyers.

Good morning Elizabeth.  Looking at the team you've assembled it looks like they are all smart cookies.

Elizabeth, I would love to bring on an agent to help with our busy real estate market, and know the value it could add.
