Ya, we are around $150-200 square foot in most places, but I could see Paradise Valley being $300 or over.

I did another WORDPRESS site all on my own, and so I can work some of it from the back end, but haven't tackled as much as I'd like to--one-woman show! (And ya gotta have fun, too). I think it's smart to work on your website. I'm going to go against the grain here and recommend that you create a focal point - fewer pictures and buttons. My eye doesn't know where to go.

Fewer bigger better. Fewer pictures, fewer buttons...and make the ones remaining larger. Too much clutter.
