A large number of buyers are in the pipeline
I read an article in one of my Real Estate pubications that was very interesting. Even with all of the renters out there, it mentioned over 75% of potential buyers are sellers waiting for their homes to sell or close. I know from my own area, and speaking to several different potential buyers. Some are still undecided as to when to put their homes for sale, even though they would like to make a move. Also, people are realizing that now may be a great time to move up if they can get their current house sold. Do other REALTORS see this happening in their areas?
