just as a courtesy I like to Appropriately thank the professional people out there who make things easier and more seamless.

Right now I'd like to thank Linda Orlando with Global Equity Lending!

She was more than kind and courteousand patient with my buyers on more than one occasion but she found exactly what type of mortgage that would work for them.  She got them Prequailified which was really important so none of us were wasting time going to houses they couldn't afford and then approved in a timely fashion.

She offered a whole lot of different programs for the buyers and patiently help them find the right one!

I mentioned more than one occasion because a really unique fact as well.  Many people advertise 'Own don't rent' and the fact of the matter is that the only places that can really fit into the equation are places over $50,000 (a sometimes rare thing in parts of Reading).  She was able to appropriately pass that knowledge onto the client and avoid a lot of headaches.
