3. Briarwood Ave, Deltona, FL 32725. 3 bed, 2 bath newly remodeled home in Deltona Lakes. Sold to a first time FHA buyer for $80,600.
4. Blue Tick Drive, Orlando, FL 32810. 4 bed, 2 bath home on a corner lot. Located in northwest Orlando in Quail Ridge. Sold for $163,000 after just 9 days on the market.
5. Tomlinson Terrace, Lake Mary, FL 32746. 4 bed, 3 bath pool home in Lakewood at the Crossings. Sold for $242,000.
