Waiver of the fees is a great thing. Many familes may not be ale to afford a large fee all at once, but would give the pet a good home.

Waiving the fees is a great incentive for someone to adoopt these adorable animals. Pet rescue is something I advocate... I rescued a beautiful Greyhound a few years ago, and he was a wonderful pet... Sadly after 5 years he became ill and passed away... More people should think about getting their pets from rescue agencies.
