We have seen several years of listing price increases on home prices in Kailua Kona and we are not expecting things to slow down anytime soon. If you are considering buying a home you can still find deals on a house in Kona, but having a good real estate agent who understands the market is a must. Don’t wait on the sidelines for too long, many of our listings are starting to sell within a few days of hitting the market. Looking at homes in that range - priced $5000,000 - $600,000, we have a total of 35 properties available. If I run the entire spectrum we have 243 homes listed for sale (I have seen over 350 for sale) , ranging from $200,000 (major fixer) to $19,900,000. (not a major fixer)
