- The slight growth of Median Sold Prices reflects a seller's market. Since there are currently more buyers than sellers, demand is increasing and causing prices to inflate.
- New Properties for Sale as well as Months Supply of Inventory is up for July 2015 as compared to July 2014, reflecting the expansion of Long Meadow Farms to the north side of Grand Parkway. New construction is available, including "ready move-ins"!
- Closed Sales and Properties That Went Under Contract are down for the year, reflecting the bubble that Long Meadow Farms experienced as its initial growth began in 2012. Its population is currently 3,300 yet is expected to reach 7,222 upon completion.
