Is a new Construction Luxury in Woodbury MN better than a Preowned Luxury Home in Woodbury MN?
Earlier this year I had a Luxury home buyer that was looking for certain amenities in a Luxury Home. We went through several preowned Luxury homes and then also brand new Luxury homes. What we found was even through the preowned homes may not have the most updated kitchen and bathrooms, it had more ammenties like a pool,a theater room and a indoor sports courts. The sports court was a very important item to this client and it was very interesting after seeing all the luxury homes out west and north it was feature that not to many luxury home builders on the east side of the metro have intergated into their design.
Overall, unless your have 6 to 12 months to wait to build and increase your budget by 20%, buying a preowned Luxury home in Woodbury MN and remodeling maybe a more relistic approach for you.
