In The Blink Of An Eye
It seems like I took this picture of Tina just yesterday. Tina in her electric Corvette. This picture was taken about 13 years ago. Today Tina got her real drivers permit. She has a real car (not a Corvette) that she inherited from her grandma and dad has a real fear of losing his daughter... and increased insurance payments.
I love how Tina's jacket was color coordinated to her Corvette. Good luck with those insurance premiums. I remember well how that was when my kids were driving teenagers.

That is so cute. Yes, she is color coordinated. Driver's Ed helps w/ the premiums.

Debbie Gartner the 1st thing I did today was call my insurance agent to find out how we keep those premiums low. He said keep up the 4.0 (which she has) and take a defensive Driving class.
Thank you Sam Shueh it really has been fun watching them grow up. I sure hope I'm around long enough to see some grandchildren.
MIKE ROCK that picture of her in front of the bank drive-up window will always be one of my favorites.
Larry Johnston she probably would have had her feet reached the pedels (as it was they didn't reach the front of the seat.
The fear of the insurance bill is a real one. I was glad when my boys were working and on their own policies.

William Feela I just spoke to someone this morning who has 4 boys and he advised me to "buy clunkers". He said the deductables are more painful than the rates themselves.

Alan Kirkpatrick we took our first "trip" with the permit last night. I let her drive around Minot's largest park which includes a lot of twists and turns, one way traffic, and a 5mph speed limit. She did good.
Bob - that picture is really cute. It reminds me of that car ad where a father is talking to a young child as if she is driving and it fades to a new licenced driver in the seat. I don't know if you have seen it. I think it is Subaru.
