Your Yummy, My Poison.
Food allergies are at all time high and rising. According to the website foodallergy.org, someone goes to the hospital with a food allergy emergency every 3 minutes.
There are four foods that I am supposed to AVOID and several that are on my moderate list, meaning have ocassionally. I have been ill all day today because I had cake last night. I should have titled this post "My Yummy, My Poison", because it was good cake, yummy cake. But now today, my body is not happy and trying to get rid of the poison.
If I stay away from everything on my Avoid List and everything on my Moderate list, after a few days, I feel soooooo good. BUT then I get to thinking that I can eat anything that I want, that I'm invincible. Not the case.. My yummy, my poison.
