After a sluggish start to the year, it looks like real estate sales in Fox Hollow are starting to pick up. All over Delta real estate sales are up and the inventory is down.
Here's a look at the current listing and sale information for Fox Hollow:
- There is one active listing priced at $254,900.
- Two listings are under contract. The prices range from $219,900 to $289,000.
- Since the first of the year two homes have closed. The average sales price was $215,500.
- With only one active listing on the market...NOW is a great time to list your home.
Last year the average sold price in this neighborhood was $209,166 and only three homes sold. So far this year, the average sold price is holding at $215,500...a 3% increase. Two homes have sold and there are two under contract, and if these pending homes close, we can expect to see the average sold price continue to go up. Overall we are seeing positive market trends throughout Delta County.
Here's a look at the second quarter real estate stats for Delta County. The numbers look good and show a lot of improvement over this same time period last year. Compared to the second quarter of 2014, the total number of sales went from 223 to 263. That's an 18% increase. There were 157 sales reported in the first quarter of this year, and that was a 36% improvement over 2014.
