Ah, the sweet taste of success! After over 400 blog posts off and on through the years I received an actual referral via Active Rain! It was such a great feeling to know that someone on this platform trusted me with their client!
Referrals can be tricky....will they treat them like you would? Do they have the experience to make their buying experience reflect back on me in a positive way? I know I always feel pressure when I send a client to another partner in a real estate transaction. You want the buyer to thank you for sending them to a profesisonal that will take them seriously and make them a priority.
Lucky for me the buys were wonderful to work with and after a few weekends of showings we found a place they loved! Offer submitted but someone beat us to the punch! I felt so bad for them and the listing agent did not even give us a chance to get into a multioffer bidding session!
Back we went for another round and this time we had success! Better home that suited their needs perfectly! So thanks Nina Rogoff for your trust in giving me my first Active Rain referral!!
