What's the Neighborhood Like?
Mizner’s Preserve was started in 1998 by Sterling Communities and Puder Siegel Homes. The last homes were completed in 2002. The smallest homes in the neighborhood have three bedrooms while the larger floor plans have five and six bedrooms. Air-conditioned square footage runs approximately 2800 to over 5000. The community of Mizner’s Preserve has both zero-lot line as well as estate homes, and single story as well as two-story homes.
HOA fees in Mizner’s Preserve vary from zero lot to estate homes. Zero lot homes include common areas, basic cable, lawn care, trash removal, security and reserve funds. The estate homes maintain their own lawns and sprinklers. There is a guard-gated entry, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis and pool.

From Mizner’s Preserve, it's a short drive to the beach and Delray Beach's famous Atlantic Avenue where you can shop, visit galleries and dine in many restaurants, as well as Mizner Park in Boca Raton.
