This apartment unit in which Donald J Trump has never lived in, had been on the market for close to two years, according to a listing agent who listed it with Trump International Realty, and had been listed for about $25 million.
The all-cash deal has closed this Friday to an undisclosed buyer from the USA. The listing agent has said "this is one of the highest prices per square foot in the building, so Mr. Trump was very excited about the deal". Was it a flip or was it a flip flop, is the question, but Mr. Trump did score another awesome deal.
Let's wait and see what transpires....I simply wonder if Mr. Trump needed some extra cash to finance his presidency? Either way, congratulation on a sale!!!! (wish i was representing the buyer at 2.5% :))
