It's an odd thing....the Steamboat Pilot reports $14,343,100 in real estate sales this past week for July 30-31....hmmm.....mistake, or did all of these transactions record with the Routt County Clerk and Recorder the week before Thursday and Friday only?  Regardless, it was another great week of Steamboat Springs real estate sales with 20 transactions closed, 6 of which were single family sales, 11 condo/townhomes, 2 lot/land, and 1 commercial/industrial sale for over $4 million.

The Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors MLS reports 160 pending Steamboat Springs area transactions today with a total pending sales list price of $9,288,489.  The average pending sale list price is $576,803 and the median is $$389,000.  Of the current pending sales, 35% are single family, 43% are condo/townhome, 9% are lot/land, 10% are commercial/industrial, and 2% are fractional pending sales.  As for pending list prices in the Steamboat Springs real estate, 11% are pending with a list price over $1 million, 5% are between $999,999 and $800,000, 12% are pending between $799k and $600,000, 19% are pending with a list price between $599,999 and $400k, 14% are pending with a list price in the $300,000s and 39% are Steamboat Springs area real estate listings pending with a list price under $300,000.
