I finally decided to give it a fair try because I notice certain aspects of my health needed to be enhanced a touch more. I am not attending any classes right now, but I have found a series of Youtube videos to get me started.
If you really need or want to try something, you'll make it happen.
All I'll say is, I should have tried Yoga a long time ago. I really enjoy the meditative practice, blended with gentle movements and deep stretching. I have also noticed my energy feeling more grounded and focused.
