Trends In The Uxbridge Real Estate Market
The number of homes selling each month in Uxbridge has not followed historical trends this year and this past month was no exception. Homes sales in July rose by 25.8% over June this year while last year home sales in July dropped by 33.33% from June. Despite the volatility in the number of sales each month the 206 sales to date this year are right in line with the last three years.

This past month there were 55 new listings and 39 residential sales reported by the Toronto Real Estate Board for Uxbridge.
The 39 sales represents a 25.81% increase from the 31 sales last month.
