Madison CT celebrates Earth Day this Sunday

As part of Earth Awareness Month Madison CT is celebrating this Sunday, April 20 with in town activities:

Clean Energy Parade. Meet at the train station at 12: 30 PM with your hybrid car, bicycle or other clean energy conveyance, for a parade down Wall Street

Hybrid Car Show near Madison Post Office between 12:30 and 4:30 PM 

Clean Energy Expo. at the Madison Scranton Library starting at 1:30PM:
 -  Sizing up home clean energy options
 -  "Spotlight" on home lighting alternatives
 -  Eleven steps to dramatically shrink your home energy bill

At 4:30 PM go to the Madison Arts Cinema for a FREE showing of the 2006 documentary film Who Killed the Electric Car? about the birth, limited production, and subsequent death of the first battery electric vehicle in the United States.
