There are so many reasons. I feel grateful to be in a line of work that is so enjoyable. There is nothing more important than going to work and feeling enthusiasm. I have once been in a work situation where I grew burned out and did not feel excited to wake up and hit the pavement on a Monday. Not anymore. It is really fun to be a true Professional Realtor at Coldwell Banker in Evanston IL and provide great customer service and hear people tell you so.
I really enjoy my work and my environment that supports that. Today after turning in some paperwork and a check for a new deal a few people in the office starting talking and asking some technical questions. A group got together and we had an impromptu session on how to use technology to promote your listing. Everyone was in a good mood and helped each other. I was among comrades. I really enjoyed that.
Then I went into our administration office and turned in my work and answered a few questions to update the people who do the behind the scenes part of our transactions. I am really happy because everyone is really productive right now and many people are having exceptional years including me. These great people tease me that they have their hands full to keep up with our deals. You have to love that.
