If you're looking for something to post about or you're new to blogging and would like to finally take the first step to post something.  Join in the "Mailbox Series".  I've started a mailbox series on my blog www.LifeInBonitaSprings.com.  If you're interested in joining in and sharing unique or unusual mailboxes in your city, Here's a few ideas for you:

  • Photograph a mailbox
  • Post the photo of your mailbox
  • Write about the location of the box, where to find it, city, state, street name.
  • Tag your post "Mailbox Series"
  •  You are welcome to add your link to the comments section of this blog. To share your mailbox.
  • If you're a first time poster, you're welcome to share that, too, so we can all come give you comments.

That's a great idea. People show a lot of personality with their mailboxes.

Great idea, Chris!  There are some really crazy and creative mailboxes out there - I'll get some pics and get them on here.

Leave it to you to come up with such a novel and interesting idea! Thanks,   Fran

Grand Rapids is so conservative it's difficult to fine=d one that is not black. I'll take the cameras who knows what we might find.

That's pretty incredible. I'm not sure we have enough unusual mailboxes to make this work, but I'm going to start keeping my eye peeled.

Ann, you have tons of great stuff to capture...I spend time in Flag a few times a year.  You can spend  a whole lifetime just taking photos of trail heads instead of mailboxes.

Chris,

Great idea to start the "Mailbox Series"!  Do you suppose that someone really sits inside the canoe?  If so I wonder if you could catch him or her in action and ask, WHY?  Thanks to you I will be paying a lot closer attention to mailboxes from now on. I hope to find a mailbox to share real soon.

So, I didn't find a mailbox out there in town,

Aloha Chris:

Very innovative and most clever...I have 2 posts afloat but this really looks like fun. Is this only for first timers or can a seasoned newbie join in?
