The first sip of coffee

Ahhh.  Delicious.

Dunkin Donuts.  Hazelnut.  Fully caffienated.  With a little French Vanilla cream.

Yes, it's one of life's simple pleasures.

My wife and daughter are still sleeping.  I have been up since about 5:15 this morning.

I have never been a great sleeper.

Sip.  Ahh.

I am downstairs in our home office typing on the home computer.

My laptop died two days ago.  We will be sending it back to Gateway.  It still is under warranty.

Could extreme blogging kill a computer??

Sip.  Ahh.

I don't think we are going to the gym today.  It sounds like we might have more pressing errands to take care of.

I probably won't blog about them.  My wife might get mad at me.

Ahh.

Nicole is under lots of pressures.  I call her the "home manager".  She handles most of our bills for work and home.  That is my plan to insulate myself from those stresses.

Is it fair?  I think I share in the mental burden, but (ahh.) she is the one that deals with it daily.

I am trying to ignore it.  Stay positive:)!

I am the ostrich with my head in the sand.

I am excited.  I don't know why.

Perhaps something is shaking loose.  Perhaps a contract is coming soon.

My website has been bustling with activity.  Business is coming.

Sip.  Ahh.

I have to go now.  I need more coffee!:)

Your morning mirrors mine!  Have a great day Ken.  Give Nicole a big kiss for me as I could not do what she does!

Enjoy your coffee Ken. I prefer mine with just a splash of milk, not cream - no flavors, no sugar....nothing like that first cup in the morning to get the day started! Here's to a bunch of bustling business on the horizon....well at least I hope - for both of us. Time for another cup. have a great day!

Sorry to hear about your lap top.  I hope you have everything backed up.  It has happened to me twice in two years.  I had back up.  The last time was just a simple replacement of the power supply.  It was not under warranty but a $50 fix none the less.

I wish you luck.  Thanks for the coffee talk this morning.

Ken,

Funny I am having the same day.  It is 5:15 here in Seattle and I can't sleep.  I am heading out of town today and had a long conversation with a client just last night.  We are bringing his condo on in a week and my head is spinning with all the details facing me next week.  I'm not complaining mind you.  I love it and am just anxious to get started.  I love this job.

LOL Chip I like those dreams, better than the real estate nightmares I sometimes have. :-) I like a little soy milk in my coffee.
