Yesterday was wild ride with two rate increases in the middle of the day...as the bond yield shot up to 3.68% before calming down late in the day.  Early this morning, Merrill Lynch reports worst than expected quarterly losses and will lay off 4000 people.  Jobless Claims surged higher and I expect that the Stock Market will start out sluggish this morning. 

We should see rates relax this morning.  No crystal ball here just calling it as I see it.
