This is the life blood of my probate real estate business and has been for over the entire 28 years now I have been working Probate Homes as an Agent/Investors.   This year we are at 39 probate homes sides through July 2015 and are on pace for 50+ this hear.   This is 50 3% sides so you do the math.  

If you are in the Bay Area and you are a investor or agent (or both) you really need to understand how this works as the system requires weekly new leads in order to shotgun the all the probate files, make contact with the estate and see who is going to sell now, later during the probate process or after the probate is closed (final distribution).
