One of the biggest winner with Google restructuring into Alphabet Inc. and the parent companies new website abc.xyz is Daniel Negari
Most likely you have never heard of Daniel Negari, but he is the person that sells all domains ending in .xyz
Though he could not disclose how much Google paid for abc.xyz since the big 
announcement this week .xyz registrations have gone from about 3000 in a day, to 250 every minuet.
To acquire the right of selling the .xyz extension Daniel paid $185,000 dollars.
In case anyone wants to register their own .xyz domain they are available through any registration service such as GoDaddy for around $10. With Googles new parent company using a .xyz extension, it may very well become a top level domain in the near future.
