Sending out your spring curb appeal tips / marketing

Real Estate shows just came out with a spring template. It is so pretty and Jeff Turner has even provided flower photos to populate the RES. You can read more about that on the RES BLOG.

Real Estate Shows flyers are a fantastic way to keep in touch with Realtors and clients and give them a few spring curb appeal tips. I have sent out RES Flyers a few times and they are always well received. I usually get emails back from agents that I have not seen in a while saying they are glad to hear from Rockland Home Staging. They are a great way to stay in touch. It is all about how marketing yourself!

If you have created a spring RES or flyer please link it in the comments. If you want to use mine as a guide that's fine too!

Maureen - I love your RES. Did you take the flower photos yourself? I used stock photos in my email newsletter I sent out yesterday but I love the flower "art" photos. Guess it's time I head out to the local nursery with my camera.

Maureen, you are SO on the ball - I was thinking this morning how useful this would be as a reminder to sellers to spruce up the front of their homes. I hope you are prepared for lots of "borrowing" of this idea!
