Had a good open house.  Picked up a few leads, one person checked it out for their daughter who is moving here and a potential listing from a neighbor.

Today, I meet the producer of Preview of Homes TV out there to film the listing for his TV show.

The marketing doesn't stop until the home is sold and closed.
