The yearly event, sponsored by the town of Mint Hill and the Arts and Science Council, is sure to entertain the whole family.
Sunday Afternoon in the Park offers a chance for the community to meet and purchase art from local artists including potters, painters, sculptors, and more. The event also includes music and a wide range of festival foods. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy the day in the park!
The park on Wilgrove in Mint Hill was the first municipal park in town dating back to 1974. The wooded area provides shade on a hot summer day and lots of activity areas including a softball field, tennis courts, walking trails, picnic areas, and playgrounds.
