Thoughts for the New Week Ahead..A Two Sided Proposition.

Good morning A.  I have communicated what I feel is hindering our growth.  I know they are looking into the situation.  Now it's time for me to sit down and listen.

Love the flowers and that sentiment is so true.  I'll have to come visit you two when I am in Napa in April.  Maybe you could tell me all about how wonderful it is to live there.  Seems like a great place.

Great quote.  Though, I would add that it is also courageous to change one's position based on what one learns by actually listening.

Yes, that is indeed a great quote.  Churchill was very wise in many ways.  I loved going to Chartwell.

Definitely a inspiring quote from Winston Churchill! I have not heard this one before and found it to be so true. Some never learn to gather the courage to stand up and speak or to sit down and listen! Communication is a two way street!
