2nd Quarter 2015 Market Results for Hudson Valley NY

The Better Homes & Gardens Rand Realty second quarter 2015 market results have been published for Westchester and Orange Counties as well as the rest of the Hudson Valley NY area. The Orange County NY summary indicates that sales were strong but median prices have continued to decrease (or as the report indicates, remain "tepid"), probably due to the change in mix of types of properties being sold.

Conrad - The prices have been lackluster overall in the county for the past six or seven years and just haven't moved up. And I'm looking forward to free!

Roger - Lots of movement on volume, but not on price.

Our prices haven't climbed much and even some neighborhoods are down. It is good to see that properties are moving though.

Debbie - I was at a meeting that was being conducted by people who were from California and they couldn't believe what we were telling them about our market. Real estate is really so local.
