My Friend and My Photographer, Richard Groeppel, has New Software and a New Drone!

Here is an elevated still shot of my new listing at 30005 W Ridge Runner Rd, Seligman, AZ 86337.

Richard also did some 360 degree video near Willow Lake near the Granite Dells in Prescott.

Notice the controls. One can stop the rotation and zoom in to see detail as well as pan side to side or up and down. I plan to use more of these videos to show off my listings. What looks like a video is actually an Adobe Flash application that uses photostitched images.

Very nice! And out there you aren't going to hear from angry neighbors because the drone is flying over their homes. Be sure to tell your photographer to get some shots of desert wildlife if he gets the chance. I'll bet seeing the wild burros would help sell a parcel or two!
