Kendra Anderson has a B.S. in Agricultural Business from CSU, Chico. Originally from Rocklin, she has lived in Chico since 2007. She is a third generation real estate investor and second-generation Realtor. She is a member of the Chico Association of Realtors and The North Valley Property Owners Association. She is also the owner of K. Anderson Rentals, managing residential rental properties in Chico. As the daughter of a general contractor, Kendra has a broad knowledge of all aspects of planning, architecture and development of a home.
In 2014, she joined The Group Real Estate Brokers in order to pursue her vision of selling real estate, with an emphasis in rural, residential and agricultural properties. With connections to the local agriculture industry, she knows the potential of investing in land in the North State. Along with an interest in the agriculture industry, Kendra is an avid equestrian and horse lover.
In 2015, Kendra joined Homes for Heroes in order to give back to those that serve our community. Kendra is passionate and dedicated about representing you and your property.
