Sunrise Family Cafe, Elkhart, Indiana.
Located on the north side of Elkhart, the Sunrise Family cafe has become a local hot spot for breakfast. Within 5 minutes from downtown on Beardsley, west of Main Street, they offer casual family dining. From a traditional breakfast to a quick lunch the staff has a reputation of great friendly service.
Several restaurants in the area will double your egg order, so if you want 2 eggs, ask for 1 egg. If you ask for 2 eggs, they will bring you 4. The food is great and if you want something made a certain way, just ask.
Here are a few comments from past customers:

Leah R., Elkhart, IN - Some of the best breakfast in town. All the general breakfast fare, but done very well. Not once in all the times I've visited Sunrise have I been disappointed.

The owners and staff are super friendly and treat everyone that walks through the door like family. Any special requests are accommodated within reason and without question.
If you are craving breakfast food, this is a restaurant to try. - Rachel M., Chicago, IL - This place was very cute, and had good food! My best friend took me here and it's a perfect little breakfast spot that's no fuss. You can seat yourself at a wrap around counter or in a little booth. You pay at the counter on your way out the door.
He had the 2 eggs, hash browns, and bacon with pancakes. I had the 2 eggs, hash browns, and corn beef hash with Apple French toast. It was great, very filling- I should have just had a half order of French Toast.
I live in Chicago, and so anytime I can get two breakfasts for 20 bucks- I can't complain! - Brian J., Ruskin, FL - Great Food, Easy on the wallet!
Stop in if you are in the neighborhood, you won't be sorry.
Great Service too! - Beverly B., Escondido, CA - Found this restaurant on yelp with great ratings and was not disappointed. Great service, great food, and friendly people. Ordered the Skillet Scrambler, HUGE! Potatoes, onions & peppers in a ceramic skillet, topped with even layers of a lot of mild sausage patties (I'm guessing), fluffy scrambled eggs, and completely covered with mouth watering sausage gravy. The cook takes care in preparation & even came out to ask us if it tasted o.k.
- Cindy H., Treme, New Orleans, LA - Traveling from Texas and wanting a small good eatery and we found it. Large quantities, good home cooking and excellent, excellent service. Exactly what we were looking for. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stop there.
