In my opinion the growth can be attributed to LOCATION. Pooler enjoys easy access to two major Highways, namely: I-95 and I-16. You can easily get to any location from homes in Pooler. And if you don’t like driving that’s ok too. Pooler is located literally adjacent the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport.

Pooler enjoys quick access to the Georgia ports area and the commerce that goes along with it. Many people don’t know this but the Georgia port is one of the top 4 busiest ports in the United States. As if that is not enough Pooler is located with easy access to two major military bases namely: Hunter Army Airfield and Fort Stewart. With these very important commercial and military installations it is no wonder that Pooler has seen a steady growth over the past few years. Other nearby commercial landmarks include: JCB Construction Machinery, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation and International Paper.
