Would you rather be the pig or the farmer?
My great nephew had a big responsiblity on raising pigs this year for the local fair that is going on this weekend in Josephine County. As I was sitting here thinking about all the work he had to do (with parents help of course) was it really worth it? I wonder what he learned? What are some of the PROs/CONs of being the farmer or the pig?

Con-Farmer
I have responsibilties!
I can't roll in the mud without getting yelled at!
I have to get up and feed pigs!
I have to supply food and water for pigs!
I have to build/maintain pig pens!
I have to clean up pig waste!
I cannot leave farm need to tend to pigs!
I have to call the vet when pigs are sick!
I have to pay vet!
PRO-Farmer
I get to sell Pig
I get to eat Pig
PRO-Pig
I get to lay around and eat all day
I have my own play-pen
I can leave my waste on the ground and someone else has to pick it up
I can roll in the mud and my mother doesn't get mad
I have NO responsibilties
CON-Pig
They sell me at Fair
They eat me!!!
