Floyds Fork Estates is highly desirable subdivision featuring a variety of home constructions on large lots.  The 50 or so Shepherdsville homes in this neighborhood are all larger than 1600 AGSF and are located on lots ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 acres.  Basements are common. Homes range in price from just under $200,000 to just under $300,000.

From Shepherdsville, take Preston Highway to Zoneton Road and follow it until the end.  Floyds Fork is just south of Eagles Bluff and Grandview Estates.
