It was one of those days: Applications approved, leases signed, listing agreements returned, calls to escrow to make sure all is "go", confirming appointments between other parties, tenant move-out, photography set up, move-out of seller confirmed, showings set up and getting feedback from those done by others, sending updates to clients of all the above...the list goes on and on.
This interspersed with with a fun call from a broker that I partner with occasionally. He was updating me on his busy schedule. He is getting his contractor's license again because many of his transactions need work done as well. That's great because then I can call on him for some of my projects as well.
It was a day with lots of tea being brewed and my cell phones needing to be charged and recharged.
This has been an incredible summer. Haven't had much chance to look at Fall yet, although several pieces of business will be coming my way that I know of. September is already booked.
FALL, SO CLOSE BUT YET SO FAR IN TERMS OF WHAT I NEED TO GET ACCOMPLISHED. I feel like that little squirrel trying to get the last out of summer.
