Stock Market Falls $530.94 today - What does it mean?

Well...  That is the question now isn't it?  I would ask each of you to post a quick thought on what it might mean for real estate.  

My first thought is that the FED will be hard pressed to raise interest rates with this type of volatility.  My second thought is that if the downward spiral continues, we may see a spike in the investor purchase activity going on in real estate.
