At Least He Said Sorry
Today was scheduled with back to back appointments...11:45, 1 and 2. As always, I called to confirm. Well I didn't call the 11:45 since that appointment was just made, and acknowledged by text, last night at 10:47
Ariving at 11:30AM to turn on lights, open shades...you know the routine....I waited.
At 12 noon I sent a text to the agent:
"In the lobby and waiting."
He sent this text back:
"Hi I left an early morning message on your voice mail that my client was sick and canceled for the day. Sorry you didn't get it."
Hmmmm the appointment was set up and confirmed via text. I checked and there was no VM but...
