As of March 31st, 2008-

There were 240 homes for sale in Edgewood, Fife, and Milton, WA.

Number of homes sold for March 2008 = 24.

If no more homes go active on the market we have a 10 month supply of inventory.

Average days on the market for the sold properties = 127.

Average days on market for all properties = 233.

Average list price = $437,000. Average sold price = $300,000.

Hi Debi...Looks like your area has caught the Real Estate slow Down, Great time for Buyers, Lots of great homes to choice from, along with lower interest rates. It's like a giant sale and only a few are taking advantage of the selection and bargains. The Tide will turn again.
