I have spent a lot of time working on my website that focuses on recreational properties in the area of Seligman, Arizona. I am achieving market dominance there. I have over 70 listings in the area. The screen shot below is a portion of my map showing sales in green and active listings in red.
I have been so busy working the listings that I have not had much time to do any advertising.

The yellow lines on this graphic are mostly 40 acres each. The cross-hatched lines identify Arizona State Trust Land. I hope to advertise this little-known area to potential buyers in Las Vegas, Phoenix, and other areas where it is HOT. My hope is to find enough prosperous Buyers to hold or drive up prices in the little-known area. I am not making a lot of money because properties are not very expensive here. Prices for raw land run around $800 to $1,100 per acre for 40-acre parcels.
Elevations run up to 6,100 feet here, so the climate is much cooler than in Las Vegas, Phoenix or Kingman. The region is known as The Juniper Mountains.
Prospective Buyers can be profiled as people who are hunters, campers, ATV owners, Horsemen who want to trail ride - anyone who wants to get away from the heat and the cities.
I want someone to help with my Facebook advertising strategy and to train me well enough on the mechanics to keep a work from home person busy and productive.
